What file formats are supported for merging?
FexoWorld supports .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files. You can mix formats in a single merge — they will be combined into one unified XLSX output.
How does attachment download work?
Authorize Gmail through Google OAuth, or connect any inbox via IMAP with AES-256 encrypted credentials. Filter by date, keywords, labels/folders, and file types to bulk-download attachments — with live progress, SHA-256 deduplication, and an Excel download report.
Can I extract data from PDFs and invoices?
Yes. Pull structured fields from PDFs and invoices into Excel, then merge or export to Google Sheets — so you are not retyping invoice rows by hand.
Can I save files to my own Google Drive?
You can choose Google Drive as a storage destination in Settings when Drive sync is enabled and your Google account is connected. Fexo cloud storage remains available on all plans.
Does PDF extract work on scanned photos?
Digital (text) PDFs use PDF → Excel. For phone photos and scans, use Photo → Excel (OCR). Clear, well-lit images work best.
Can I automate downloads on a schedule?
Absolutely. With Automation Rules, set up recurring Gmail or IMAP downloads that run daily, weekly, or at custom intervals — then merge and export to Google Sheets hands-free.
How does Google Sheets export work?
After merging files, push the result directly to Google Sheets. Choose overwrite or append mode, select specific tabs, or create a new spreadsheet from the dashboard.
